We're Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Exceptional patient care starts long before the provider enters the exam room. As the first point of contact, our front desk team helps create the welcoming, compassionate experience that defines Integrative Medicine NW.
We're looking for someone who:

Is curious about or passionate about holistic, integrative healthcare.

Is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Is tech-savvy and proficient with computers, with the ability to quickly learn new software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Provides exceptional customer service and makes patients feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help guide each visit by managing scheduling, answering phones, assisting with patient check-in, and creating an environment where every patient feels genuinely cared for.
Position Details

Part-Time: 26–28 hours per week
